All bands, groups, or booking agents** must complete the 2009 Band Submission Form, attach the band's rider and mail it to PO Box 459 Beaufort, NC 28516 by December 31, 2008.

This years performers will be selected from these entries. We will not respond or pick from submission requests sent via: Email to any of our representatives or to any messages or friend requests on Myspace.com.  If you would like notification that we have received your submission please send our completed submission form and any attached press kits with a USPS signature confirmation.
